This hotel was in the outskirts of the city next to the airport about 20 minutes away it was a wonderful hotel much better than the one we stood at the rooms were big bathrooms were big compared to the original hotel we stood in town in the city of Paris which was smaller this one was great I do recommend it.

Inondation ! Mauvaise expérience (photo)

Pour un sĂ©jour d’une nuit on a Ă©tĂ© dans 3 chambres diffĂ©rentes. Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et un petit enfant de 4ans. 😡😡 Dans la premiĂšre (la n*26) nous avons constatĂ© et signalĂ© un fort courant d’air venant de l’extĂ©rieur sous la porte et cĂŽtĂ© de la fenĂȘtre. Nos pieds Ă©taient gelĂ©s en 2 passĂ©es dans la chambre. Aussi Il n’y avait de chauffage fonctionnel dans la SDB. On signale et on nous change de chambre. Une 2 eme chambre NumĂ©ro 1 (la catastrophe ! Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre la douche ni le soir ni le matin et lavabo cassĂ©- voir photo de la salle de bain inondĂ©e). Un chauffage d’appoint nous a tout de mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© prĂȘtĂ©. Suite Ă  la plainte Ă  l’accueil, on nous propose une troisiĂšme chambre! Quel dĂ©sarroi aprĂšs avoir payĂ© plus de 100€ pour une nuit. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© prendre la douche le lendemain dans une troisiĂšme chambre (numĂ©ro 2)! Je reste en attente du remboursement demandĂ© au Directeur de son l’Hotel Mr BERURIER suite Ă  cet inconfort et ce sĂ©jour dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Mes nombreux messages Ă©crits pour signaler l’inconfort n’ont pas eu de rĂ©ponse jusqu’à prĂ©sent.
