A few minutes far from the splendid beaches of Torre Vado-Pescoluse, we find a beautiful modern villa with several independent solutions available to guests.
The villa also has an ornamental garden with attention to the smallest details with a small swimming pool and a shared equipped area.
Inside the villa, there are two comfortable apartments on the ground floor, an attic on the second floor and an independent double bedroom.
The house in question is located on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an equipped external veranda.
From the garden you can admire a fascinating sea view over the gulf of the fascinating MALDIVES of SALENTO.

The accommodation has a kitchen with dishwasher and induction hobs. Two bedrooms, one double and one with French bed and two complete bathrooms.
In the living room there is a sofa bed (for the 5th extra person). The accommodation is also equipped with an external shower for a quick rinse after the sea.

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden with dry stone walls and succulent plants that make the enchanting outdoor space unique and from which you can admire a splendid view of the Gulf of the Maldives of Salento.
The Villa is located less than 1 km from the first access to the sea and less than 3 km from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento.

Please note that the pool will not be available out of season from 30 October to 9 June.

Any additional optional costs to be paid locally:
- Bath/bed linen on request, cost EUR 16 per person per week to be paid upon arrival.

- Upon request (extra) possibility of HOME RESTAURANT for dinners, in the garden of the Villa, from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view. For availability and costs contact the host.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
