It was an adequate hotel. It was an expensive time to visit the area so I appreciate the value for money. However, the rooms are old and somewhat run down. The bed and main area were clean, but the bathroom still was kind of dirty and had a big hair on the sink when we arrived. I was hoping it would be a renovated Hampton Inn, but it was old. The curtains were sticky and stained, and the tv was tiny and probably from the 2000s. The staff was friendly, so it was a good experience overall, but I wish that the hotel rooms had better cleanliness and care.

Hotel was nice. Standard rooms no real frills. Staff was nice. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff were amazing. Only complaint was pool. We stated for a weekend Fri and Sat night. Check out at 11 on Sun. The pool wasn't open on Sunday due to cleaning per hotel front desk. However, no one was actively cleaning the pool and it did not open at 10 as the staff said it would. Just a mild inconvenience, but one last splash in the pool would have made my kids day. It really appeared that the pool being closed was just to deter people from waiting to check out. Pool posted hours stated it was open at 8am just for clarity.

Our TV did not wk, a work order was put in by the staff, when the head engineer came in the next morning not only did she replace our TV , she replaced it with a bigger size. She was very friendly and carried on like we have been friends.forever. I definitely would recommend this hotel. Very nice. Stay quiet clean relaxed atmosphere and you can walk down in back of the hotel to the waterfront. Very nice.

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and accommodating, which made check-in and daily interactions smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself was mostly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment throughout the stay. That said, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast bar was quite limited and underwhelming compared to expectations, which was disappointing and later was a little bit hard on the digestive system. My main concern, however, was with the room assignment. We had reserved an ADA-accessible room with double beds and a view, but upon arrival, we were informed that due to limited availability, we had been downgraded to a different room that did not include a walk-in shower or a view. As someone with family that specifically requires accessible features, this was a significant inconvenience. The down stairs convenient store also was not stocked so we have to go to CVS, again not that big of a deal but would have been nice. Despite that, I would still consider staying here again. However, I would strongly recommend confirming room availability well in advance to ensure the appropriate accommodations are in .
