Historic Corner Cottage - charming 3 bedroom walking distance to waterfront

The historic Windsor House is a quick walk to the seaside, shops, waterfront, restaurants, and ferry (just 2 blocks from Front Street), The front porch is a favorite to sit on the porch swing and rocking chairs... perfect for enjoying breezy evenings or mornings with the birds. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, to include a queen bed, double/full bed, and 2 twin beds. The 2023 remodeled kitchen is equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee maker (k-cup and drip pot), dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster oven, slow cooker, pressure cooker, refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, and much more. The living room has 2 sofas, large Smart HDTV (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc), Wi-Fi and hardwood floors. The dining room table sits 6, and has two reading chairs. The utility room offers a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath off the master bedroom and a full remodeled 2022 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower that is ideal for hot days and after fun at the beach. Saturday morning farmers market is just a stone's throw away.

We loved this little home. It had everything we needed and the location was amazing. A few blocks away from the main “drag” with great restaurants and beautiful views of the water. We enjoyed the slower pace that Beaufort offered and the history was fantastic!

The hostess reached out & let us know that we could check in early.The house had everything we needed including coffee, shampoo & body wash, games. When we arrived, there was no water. My brother and I had A wonderful stay the location was great just one block from downtown waterfront. We entertain some of our family members Who stayed at the hotel for the reunion, they were impressed with the little house. This was our second stay at the Historic Corner Cottage. The house is just right for us and the location is perfect. Jess is super and responds quickly. Lovely cottage for a week at the beach. The space was well laid out with cute beach themed decor. The dining room was great for lunches and board games between our adventures. The location was fantastic. We walked to the ferry for the beach and downtown for dinner every day. Jess was super responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we needed anything.

Very warm and comfortable, dog friendly, well stocked kitchen. We ate out alot because of walking distance to so many awesome restaurants. A little noisy on weekday fri from construction, but at night and weekend was great. We could see and walk to farmer's/crafts market on Saturday morning with great food too. Bought a few fall crafts. We love the old Beaufort cottages. Jessica was a great host and fast answering questions, we would stay again, thanks.
