We loved our stay at this hotel! The location next to a beautiful outdoor mall was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our top-floor room was lovely, and room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and there were also great nearby food choices at the mall. One small suggestion for improvement: I hope the hotel considers removing room numbers from the key cards, as it could be a safety concern if a card is lost. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Hotel is inside a private “high end” mall/ shopping center. Had to pay for parking every time we would leave the property. The staff were not helpful or friendly. Only friendly staff were the cleaning maids. The location of the hotel is up on the hill away from the city, driving down hassle.

Nice place but I can’t give it 5 stars

Everything was perfect except for the part that they charge $23 pesos every time you go out of the parking lot and on top of that they billed me $299 pesos for parking fees how ridiculous, they are squeezing their customers but I don’t know if that’s going to work for them, I really like the place but I will try to avoid them
