This property is breathtaking. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Great location close to everything. The hotel staff listens to you and goes above and beyond to make it unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, I can wait to go up.

Everything was extraordinary the front desk were always very attentive and informative for are needs. In are stay we got a bar soap to try aguacate very good. We booked a massage for the day on are stay. What I like safe walking distance of everything you will like to do in Morelia close to restaurant shopping and the cathedral. Overall amazing experience I will booked again ones I go back on my next vacation to Morelia.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It's beautiful, the staff are wonderful and welcoming (and speak English), and the location is terrific -- a short walk to the main square.

The staff were very helpful and always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment you arrive the staff is happy to meet you and answer all your questions. Beautiful old home converted into a hotel, well located within easy walking distance to the historic centre of town. The highlight though was the staff - very friendly with excellent service. The breakfast was also very delicious!

Location and service 💯💯💯 - ladies working here are awesome, this place is in the middle of everything, we felt extremely safe being out and about so close to our hotel. Inside the Hotel you feel like you are in a time travel capsule, very vintage but super lovely 😍

We had a wonderful stay for four nights in January. The staff absolutely could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We enjoyed a complementary breakfast and added our main plate every day in the courtyard. They have space heaters upon request and will also give you a complementary Mezcal shot upon the request which made for a very nice nightcap. Some of the rooms have a lot of artistic elements made by local artisans so inquire about that.

We had read some reviews on this property, but still very pleasantly surprised on just how attentive the staff was. Besides the room being clean and comfortable, the hotels location is definitely a great convenience. As mentioned, the staff is incredible. Luz and Monze treated us like long time acquaintances and their attention to our needs and questions were unmatched. Overall, Hotel NaNa Vida was one of the highlights of our 5 night stay in Morelia.
