Night staff lady was so rude. She talked bad about the person in front of me when they finished and as I was walking away, I heard her say she needs a drink after dealing with us all and then she made another rude comment about me. So unprofessional! Also, there are HIDDEN FEES at this hotel. I put in Expedia how many guests were in my room, but when I arrived she said I had to pay an additional $10/per person per night fee!! That is nuts! The hotel was already more expensive than it was worth, but with having to pay extra per person every night, that made it ridiculous. The only redeeming factor of this hotel was the pool and hot tub were working and the man running the breakfast. He was very kind and friendly.

The hotel was rundown and low quality for the price. Breakfast selection was absolutely awful. Nothing but cereal for vegetarians (and that too, the cereal was in its dregs and the attendant said he wanted the last crumbs to be gone before he refilled it: and there was no way those crumbs would come out). Will not stay here again

Comfy beds, updated room, lots of tv channels with channel guide on dresser, indoor pool, great food selections near hotel, good parking, free cookies with coffee and hot chocolate, decent breakfast, and accommodating staff. The breakfast guy was super nice and helpful! The only con was their wonky luggage carts.

Terrible service

At check in couldn’t find reservation. They seemed upset that it was done through third party. They claimed they only had one room left and the shower was broken. Turns out it leaked all night (loud) and truly didn’t turn on. 50% discount given in room but no other options given for a shower the next morning.

The property was convenient at travel location. Breakfast was included and was average, ok. Room was clean, good space, large bathroom. The room had an adjoining room door which offered- no sound suppression, may as well been a screen door. Noise from the other rooms TV sounded as if it was ours. We could hear the person in that room snoring clearly. Also there is two inch gap at the bottom of our room door, thus any noise in the hall is free to enter room. So a very noisy room is a fail, as silence is a requirement for a restful experience and a good night sleep.
