The apartment was very comfortable and warm and clean. It has an excellent location and was easy to access. It was perfect for our brief stay in Morlaix. The water was hot, the bedding and bed top quality but you will need to take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the soundproofing between you and the other apartments is not very robust.

Unbelievable find.

Blew me away. Last minute booking, right in the middle of town. I stayed on a Sunday night, so it was quiet, but the apartment had everything I could have wanted (except perhaps a bath, but the shower was great). I just wish I had seen this sooner to appreciate it more. Next time. I think the photo was taken from my room (# 2)

APPART'HOTEL TRES BRUYANT

Appart'hĂŽtel pratique sur le plan gĂ©ographique (plein centre ville) mais personne pour vous accueillir. Un SMS une demie-heure avant votre arrivĂ©e qui vous envoie un code sans prĂ©ciser qu'il sert Ă  ouvrir la porte Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'hĂŽtel ! BoĂźte Ă  clef sans clef et sans code. Une personne de l'hĂŽtel par chance est arrivĂ©e et a pu me donner celle-ci. Pour la chambre au premier qui donne sur la rue, trĂšs difficile de dormir Ă©tant donnĂ© le bruit des voitures et des motos plus cloison de la chambre d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ© trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©e. J'ai donc trĂšs mal dormi durant 2 jours. Boule quies Ă  prĂ©voir et encore !! Il faudrait que les fenĂȘtres soient Ă  TRIPLE VITRAGE. La chambre par elle-mĂȘme est trĂšs bien malgrĂ© une petite douche incompatible pour les personnes bien enveloppĂ©es !. Manque nĂ©anmoins des indications pratiques bien visibles pour utiliser le wi-fi (au mur sur un petit papier Ă  l'entrĂ©e ! ), la tĂ©lĂ©vision ou les appareils mĂ©nagers. En revanche 2 pages pour le stationnement des voitures ! sur la table. Bref, appart'hĂŽtel Ă  sĂ©rieusement amĂ©liorer. Personnes sensibles au bruit, s'abstenir !

Ideal location to stay in Morlaix

There was a bit of a hiccup upon my arrival so I was unable to gain access to my apartment for quite a while. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, warm and everything was supplied to ensure a comfortable stay. Unfortunately the lovely floors do not offer soundproofing and the people above were very noisy at 4 am onwards when walking on the floor. I also found the shower tray to be slippery when getting in and out of the shower. However I would not hesitate to book here again as it was very clean and comfortable

SituĂ© tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la mairie, les appartements proposĂ©s sont plein de charme, propres et fonctionnels. TrĂšs bien situĂ© en centre ville. Belles promenades Ă  pied proposĂ©es par le prospectus de la ville. Seul inconvĂ©nient le manque de parking privĂ©. Mais la zone bleue permet tout de mĂȘme de se garer pour la nuit et le dĂ©but de matinĂ©e. Bon accueil et bonne communication. A recommander.
