This is a two-family house, and you’ll have exclusive access to the entire first-floor unit.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the home features no interior stairs and has handrails at the front steps, making it easily accessible for both young children and elderly guests.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway with grandparents and kids, or a reunion with friends, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The home includes:

🛌 Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and either a toddler bed or crib
🌙 Blackout curtains in both bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep (Note: no TVs in the bedrooms for a more peaceful environment)
🛋️ A large living room with a dedicated play area
🛁 A full bathroom with a brand-new bathtub
🧑‍🍳 A fully equipped kitchen
🍽️ A full dining room with seating for six adults, plus an infant high chair and toddler chair

Perfect for family Sesame Place trip

We had an amazing stay with our family of four adults and two toddlers. The house was absolutely perfect. The kids immediately ran in and started playing with all the wonderful toys. Everything is set up perfect for a family. The location is fantastic and a very short drive to Sesame Place. The host was amazing and and replied to all questions immediately and so helpful for any thing we may have needed and also made some great recommendations for us. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Close to Sesame Place

Great place to stay if going to sesame place, we also made the quick day trip to see the statue of liberty. House was clean, a lot of things to entertain the Littles, and many things well stocked. Yard worked for our dogs, but if yours are runners, bring a leash, there are a few holes in the fencing. Lots of little kid silverware, could use some more adult silverware. Overall, great place to stay for our needs. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean, kid-friendly space

Property was spacious and clean, with plenty of toys and stuff to keep kids amused. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked, although we did not use it except for breakfast. David was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had.We would recommend a larger coffee pot and nicer pillows, but otherwise no complaints.

This is a great property with everything you need if you have small children and a pet. The property is clean and well equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped including with kid friendly cutlery cups and plates. There are toys galore,l, and children's picture books. There are yoga mats and a few pet toys as well There pet toys too

Nice for short family trip

Nice and simple place to stay close to sesame place for our family. Just was readily available and very accommodating. Wish there was a table or dresser to put our stuff on in the bedroom and a bigger garbage can rather than the small ones. Didn’t go into the yard, pretty overgrown. Would stay here again.
