Our chalet was great, very private, beautiful view. We loved everything about this hotel including food, breakfast, pool, everyone who worked here. We’re in good physical shape so we were fine with the steep walk up and down every day but this chalet is not for anyone who can’t easily walk up steep hills. Also it’s mostly Brazilians here so better to speak Portuguese.

Lovely hotel right at the port

We had a bungalow to sleep four people. It was spacious with a front room with a double bed and a main bedroom with a king sized bed. The bathroom was very big with a spa tub and excellent shower overhead. The only issue was a leaking air-conditioner in the main bedroom that took a day to repair. We had lunch outside which was really good.

Melhor localização

Localizacao fantastica, lindo o por do sol da piscina. Os quartos confortaveis em meio a um bosque. Bom cafe da manha. O hotel nao possui sinal de tv nem aberta e nem fechada. Outro ponto negativo e a roupa de cana e banho, as toalhas muito, muito velhas quase rasgando, um desrespeito ao hospede. As da piscina eram de melhor qualidade. Para a estrutura fisica da pousada merecia melhorar esses pontos, enxoval dos quartos e sinal de tv.

Lindo, porém mal cuidado.

Estive com minha família em janeiro de 2025 no Portaló. A Pousada é linda, vista do chalé é sensacional, o chalé era para ser incrível. Porém, tudo no hotel é velho, com péssima manutenção. Toalhas velhas, Boias nas piscinas desbotadas do sol, espreguiçadeiras velhas. Mas o pior foi no dia em que choveu que alagou meu quarto. Vazaza uma cachoeira pelo teto. Terror e pânico. Acordamos molhados. Fui procurar ajuda e tive que levar para o quarto panelas e baldes com ajuda do vigia. No dia seguinte não tinha toalhas disponíveis no hotel, por que todas estavam molhadas (segundo eles). Péssima experiência
