Improvvisazione

Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per tre persone due adulti e un bambino abbiamo avvisato la struttura che saremmo arrivati alle 19:30 20.00 , al nostro arrivo però la stanza non era pronta abbiamo inoltre fatto presente che eravamo in due anziché tre ma secondo loro la prenotazione era solo per due e ci hanno messo in una stanza doppia? Ci sono stati consegnati due asciugamani doccia un asciugamano viso due tappetini da doccia... Abbiamo consumato la colazione in due cappuccio e brioche arrivate con un po' di ritardo rispetto all'orario il buffet offriva a mio avviso avanzi del matrimonio della sera prima finger food? Qualche brioche confezionata le fette biscottate erano scadute nel 2024 quindi non sono state consumate... Al momento del pagamento abbiamo fatto presente il disagio ma abbiamo pagato la totalità del soggiorno quindi per tre persone. L'ambiente era abbastanza freddo soprattutto il bagno. La pulizia era discutibile allego foto.
