This stunning 3 bedroom chalet/apartment with breathtaking views is almost like a chalet with it's own entrance !
This fantastic apartment/chalet is located in "La Falaise area" on the right wing a very quiet residence : Le Neva.
It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the apartment.
Very rare in Avoriaz and fully renovated, almost like a chalet : enjoy your own entrance :
Entrance level :
- Entrance hall with bench and space to store your ski equipment, electrical shoe dryer.
- Adults room with double bed
- Kids room with 2x2 bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with bath, perfect to relax after a long day on the slopes
- Separated toilet
- Storage space under the stairs
On the first floor :
- Large living space with fully equiped kitchen, dining table and lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV. Access to a beautiful balcony.
- Master suite with shower, double bed, storage space and washing machine.
