The location is lovely in the middle of a forest area, lodges are located around a lake and ours was beautifully decorated. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was beautiful.

This hotel was a fantastic experience! We stayed in a themed room that had all of the amenities you’d need. The grounds were well kept and peaceful and we had plenty to do including a tennis court, a spa, walking trails, oversized chess and checkers, and boats. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it!

The accommodation aims to exude luxury, and although you can enjoy a good meal at the restaurant, it doesn’t quite feel like you’re in a luxury resort. The overall appearance is missing that final touch. There are many facilities, but I don’t think they’re all necessary. Invest in more cottages and make sure the basics are well taken care of.

The property sits in a park and offers a tranquil setting. We booked one of the lodges by the pond, and each lodge had its own parking space. This was a perfect place to stay during the record heat-wave days in France. The room was clean and comfortable, and part of our pre-arrival bedding request was honored (but not the request for firm pillows). The lodge was smaller than expected, and we were not big fans of the decor, but we appreciated the deck outside. Wish there were screens on the deck door or the windows so we could open them without worrying about insects coming in. What we didn't love was the lighting in the room was very dim. Thankfully we were there during some of the longest days of the year. Also had a lot of problems with the internet: it dropped often, and would not allow VPN. It was also surprising that, for a four-star property, the front desk was not staffed at night. When they are there, however, the staff was helpful.We woke up one morning to repeated and loud sounds of explosion (found out next day that there was a huge fire nearby), and guests wondered around anxiously at 4am trying to find out what was happening. Also surprising was that there was no body lotion offered as part of the bathroom amenities. All said: loved the location, loved the deck, but did not love the lodge/room.

Je pense qu’en propreté pour que ce soit parfait, les rideaux ne doivent pas présenter de traces quelconques. Sinon choix du petit déjeuner ++ copieux, varié et équilibré. Bof par le service

Bel endroit, chambre atypique, très bonne cuisine par contre service déplorable aussi bien en salle qu’à l’accueil, au bau il faut courir après quelqu’un pour être servi, niveau restaurant on vous met la pression pour prendre la commande et à 22h on vous coupe la musique et les écrans d’animation alors qu’il y a encore 6 tables, et à l’accueil lors du départ on ne vous demande pas si vous avez bien dormi, on ne vous souhaite pas une bonne journée et vous n’avez pas de sourire.
