Check in and out was very easy. Front desk helped with anything I needed for my room and so did housekeeping. Great service. They helped me with where to go to eat and where to get to Mayberry Town and explore.

Our only complaint was that as soon as we visited our bathroom we could see long dark hair on the floor. I tried to call the front ofgice but got no answer. We just used a towel to sweep it to the side. That pretty much set our minds on the cleanliness of the entire room. They obviously didn't sweep.

Was pleasantly surprised that our room was so clean. Have had bad Quality Inns in some states. Our room looked like it had been recently redone. Walls, ceilings, carpet all looked fresh and clean. Spent only one night, so don't know much about the area. Breakfast was fine, too.

Was supposed to been a no smoking room, the smell of smoke in that room would knock you down, the refrigerator rocked back and forth if you touched it, the freezer part was totally frozen over and iced over you couldn't even fit a can of Coke in the freezer because it was full of ice, parental controls set on TV apps so therefore limited to what could be watched, towel rack in the bathroom loose on one end, have stayed here a few times before with no problems but this time will probably be the last time

We were there for a three night stay. Bed was never made up. Room was never cleaned, or trash removed. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and washcloths. Front desk was rude about it. Will never stay there again. It has obviously gone downhill under current management, past stays were not like this.

Nice room, very comfortable bed . Breakfast was not as great, no plates, almost all types of bread and bagels gone, no cream cheese, only butter and yoghurt in the fridge, biscuits were not totally done . Breakfast from 7 to 10am. Got there at 8.30am and most of the items were gone and not refilled.
