Welcome to The Flowers House, a remarkable slice of history located in the vibrant community of Mount Dora! Originally constructed in 1910, this house has seen only a few owners over its century-long existence, imparting a rich heritage to your stay. It was lovingly maintained by the William Capps family for sixty years. Pam and Andrew Flowers, restored its charm while preserving its unique character.

The Flowers House is equipped with modern amenities while maintaining its historical charm. You’ll find five spacious bedrooms, four of which have their own bathrooms, making it perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. The shared front and back porches, combined with a cozy backyard featuring a fire pit, provide ample space for relaxation. Inside, enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a breakfast nook, a laundry room, and a generous living room.

Just a short stroll to downtown Mount Dora, you'll discover a cornucopia of activities, dining options, and shopping. As we look forward to our next stay here, I hesitantly say....What a gem! The property is perfectly located to the downtown area, everything is in walking distance and the property as exactly as described and even more charming in person. We especially loved the porch and perfect spot to relax and unwind and watch the world go by! The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome. A five star experience!
