The condo at 12B South Crescent has been completely remodeled in the last year with new furniture & bedding throughout. Whether looking for a family vacation (the unit sleeps 8 people comfortably) or just a weekend getaway, this is the condo for you! Walk into the hallway to the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances , granite countertops & luxury vinyl plank flooring. You can cook a whole meal or just a snack. The bar seats three & the dining room table seats four. The living room has a floor to ceiling rock fireplace, a queen size sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. A sliding glass door leads to a covered balcony with lounge chairs, table with four chairs for dining & a gas grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress. A sliding glass door leads out onto a covered balcony. The private master bath has a shower, sink & toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with new furniture & mattress as well as a set of bunk beds. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo, sink & toilet. There is a washer & dryer located in the hallway across from the bathroom. Everything is here just waiting for you! Bring your clothes & enjoy! No pets, and No smoking!

Beautifully decorated

This place was completely renovated and everything in it was new. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains were nice if you need alittle extra rest. Host is very responsive and even called to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking.
