Check in was easy and friendly. Walking to Cracker Barrel was great! I asked for a room non smoking double bed. What I got was a double bed , handicap and the room smelled of smoke. Was told double bed was handicap, which I did not understand. The mirror attached to the closet would not stay closed and there were NO hangers in the closet. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. But I did enjoy the stay.I did not eat breakfast there as it was mostly all carb items.

We just wanted to get off the road for a few hours so we went for inexpensive accommodations. What a mistake. This place should be condemned! Cannot believe Expedia gave it a 5.6 rating! Bathroom was full of mold/mildew. Bathroom door would not fully close. Sink faucet had moldy glue(?) around the base and moved every time you turned it on. Plastic Shower wall was cracked. It needed a renovation. We didn’t take a shower in am because we just wanted to get out of there asap!

The room was filthy, the toilet was broken. There didn’t seem to be any cleaning staff. Linens and towels we left outside the room across when we got there and still there the next day. The trash by the elevator on the 2nd floor was all over the floor because it was never picked up. The ice maker did not work. The refrigerator had no freezer part. The hair dryer was taken off the wall and stuck on a shelf under the sink. There was mold in the shower. We were evacuated from the hotel for about an hour 8:05/9:05. The firefighters came and when we were let back in I asked the staff why we had to go outside she said she could not discuss that with me and I could just go to my room. Very rude. I was staying at that hotel and I had a right to know why I had been evacuated. The staff was horrific. The complementary continental breakfast in the morning was a disgrace. It was Froot Loops two kinds of packaged muffins, coffee, milk, and some yogurt. It was awful. I have never been anywhere where it has been so so terrible. I will never ever go back to that hotel. it should be condemned. I want my money back.

The manager/staff were very friendly, very polite, I asked for them to clean my room on the 3rd day and it wasn’t a problem , I’m surprised I had to even ask to get my room cleaned , anytime I asked for new towels and soap it wasn’t a problem the manager gave me a smile and was super friendly. The room was very dingy and out of date , the shower Matt looked moldy underneath and peeling up, the under cabinets and under bed was dirty , there were broken and dingy wires behind the bed stands , my side of the bed the charger and usb charger was broken , when we first came in the room there was either a bottle of piss orsoke type of water bottle that looked nasty left inside the mini fridge , although I did not trust my toddler to run around the room it was not the worst hotel I’ve been to, the friendliness of the manager and staff made me leave more stars , you would think for the price you would be getting something a little more decent

Horrible service!! The front desk at night said in order to get new towels, we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk. That’s ridiculous. No hotel I been to , I needed to bring dirty towels down to réception. Horrible service. So terrible. The next morning another man at the front desk gave us clean towels no questions asked. Thankfully because of him we were able to shower with clean towels. We want to speak to a manager. Daxesh please call me 9732230930
