While the hotel was well maintained and clean, I have significant concerns regarding the handling of a fire alarm system issue during my stay. Although safety personnel were observed addressing the matter, the issue remained unresolved into the following day. The fire alarm continued to sound intermittently, which raised serious concerns about the reliability and functionality of the system in the event of an actual emergency. Furthermore, access panels related to the fire alarm system were left open, creating an additional safety and security concern. Given the critical importance of fire safety systems, this situation was unsettling and did not reflect an appropriate level of urgency or resolution. I believe this matter warrants review to ensure proper safety standards are consistently maintained for guests.

EVERYTHING was great. The there service was now than outstanding. The room was clean and larger than expected. The sitting room/kitchenette/ family room was a pleasant surprise and the height of the shower does was also a pleasant surprise. I'm 6' & didn't have you duck.
