The elevator was broken so it was necessary to use the stairs. The staircase was foul with an odor that was unexplainable. It was as though a cleaner was used to cover the odor but the cleaner smelled worse than the originating odor. The rooms definitely need updating along with the hallways. I would not stay at the property again.

Elevator didn’t work and they tried to give us a room on the 3rd floor. Room was outdated with no accessories like pots. Had to sign paperwork saying we couldn’t cook in the room. No water pressure in the shower, slow drain to tub and mold around it.

As a disabled person, I had a third floor room and the elevator broke. So I had to use the stairwell which has an offensive odor in it. The lever for the shower only about half the water flow from the tub. The water only got lukewarm at best. The toilet would not flush easily. that being said it’s a great location for access to Philly.
