Guests enter Queens Court by walking up the sidewalk to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a living room with a large, comfortable couch & big screen TV and a dining room and renovated kitchen. The hallway off of the living room leads to the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.



Queens Court is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. The property has a great location and a nice overall layout, which made it convenient for our stay. The deep bathtub was a highlight and was especially enjoyed by my boys. The home also features newer appliances, including a washer and dryer that worked well—clothes dried quickly, which was a plus.However, there were several issues that should be addressed.Cons:There was visible mold in the bathroom caused by what appeared to be a leaking toilet. This seemed to be an ongoing issue and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.After reporting the mold to VRBO guest services, the owner indicated someone would stop by without proper notice (“just a heads up one of the guys is going to stop by”), raising privacy concerns.The hot water ran out quickly, making it difficult for multiple people to shower or bathe.There was active construction across the street starting around 8:00 a.m., creating noticeable morning noise.The kitchen lacked basic necessities—no countertop cleaning supplies, foil, plastic wrap, or resealable bags. Only one large Tupperware container was provided.These are standard items expected in a VRBO. Having owned a rental, these are basic guest needs.The beds were very firm and may not be comfortable for all guests.The property is advertised to sleep eight, but it did not feel well-suited even for our group of three.Overall, improvements in maintenance, communication, and basic supplies would significantly enhance the experience.

Stay was good, but there were Cockroaches

I had seen some reviews from a while back that stated there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and assumed it was taken care of or maybe a fluke during that stay, but unfortunately we came across 2 cockroaches during our stay. The house itself was kept nice, but thinking about a cockroach crawling around your room when you’re trying to sleep doesn’t make for the most peaceful stay. Besides this, it’s in a GREAT location, easy to get to the beach and downtown. If you can get over the bugs, it’s a great place.

Stay Close to Charleston

The house met our expectations from the listing. Check in was convenient and Steven was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We were even given the option to check in early as the house was ready a little earlier than anticipated. The location was perfect as were were able to explore downtown Charleston along with some other nearby attractions. We were also able to walk from the house to explore Patriots Point and Shem's Creek Boardwalk for some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Decent pet friendly house in a great location.

My family and I stayed here for a few days with our pets for a local event. The house was clean. The people taking care of the place even left a bottle of wine and some snacks when we arrived. It's in a great location with quick travel to downtown Charleston and Mt pleasant. The construction right I front of it did make it a bit challenging to drive around the equipment. For us the only real downside was the extremely hard mattresses in the bedrooms. It made it challenging to sleep well. Overall a decent place to stay that's pet friendly.

Overall great location. Construction in lot in front makes it unsightly and street is a mess. Property lacks upgrades and needs painted inside. We didn’t spend much time there so we didn’t get to enjoy deck or back yard. Overall, not bad for the price.

We came to attend the Southeastern Wildlife Expo in Charleston which is dog friendly. This house was great for our pet, expecially the back yard. It is a 5-10 drive into Charleston and surrounded by groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Awesome Convenience!
