One of my worst stays ever. Check-in was horrible and even though they confirmed I had a reservation, I wasn’t sure we’d have a room; finally after waiting we got keys (later we’d have to reset the keys twice, once they realized our reservation was two days instead of one, and again when they only reset one key the other time. The room had finger and/or toe nail clippings all over the floor, and it appeared to not have been vacuumed for some time. The walls were thin, so when we heard fighting at what seemed to be outside, it was really a nearby guest room. I have a video because throughout the night pipes or something made really loud noises. At breakfast, it says it goes until 9am, but at 8:45am food was gone and there was a mess. The place seemed understaffed considering items noted. I tried to address them with a manager front deskman, but my concerns went without consideration. Needless to say, we’ll never stay here again.

The staff is amazing, beds are comfy, and for the most part clean, but dated. We rented 2 rooms that were connected. One room was ok but 2nd room was in need of some attention. The shower had luke warm water with shower fixtures loose and wobbling. It was moldy smelling but other room was fine. Breakfast offered was a good place to grab a snack, but dont plan on it being "a breakfast". But for the price it was ok, the staff was amazing, and I would stay again if in the area.

Rooms are not sound proof & in high traffic areas

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but unfortunately could not sleep past 6am due to the sound of guests waking up and doors shutting and groups walking past our room to breakfast. It was a loud wake up call after a night at the casino. Would recommend bringing earplugs!

Price Reflects Quality

Nice staff. Building is showing it's age. Exterior door broken leaving a security issue because it would not shut. Room has some deep cleaning issues. However bedding was clean and comfortable. Halls smelled of two kinds of smoke. Breakfast was processed and mostly sugar.
