An excellent stay!

The breakfast was more than expected. The bed was super comfortable but a little high for short people. I'd take a folding stool next time. Excellent staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They helped us get a cab when needed which was an excellent way to go to nighttime events. We highly recommend!

Hilton was previously known for quality, specifically clean rooms. I had never stayed at a Hilton Spark hotel and I never will again. Upon check in, I immediately noticed chipped and peeling paint, the elevator sounded like it had mechanical problems, and the hallways were not air conditioned at the end of July. Upon entry into our room, we were overtaken by a strong cigarette smoke odor. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms and was told there were no other rooms available. I asked to be refunded and was told that it was not possible. The bathroom was dirty, indicative of dries buggers on the wall and hairs in the shower. Overall this place is deteriorating, mismanaged, and filty.

I booked this property to go on a surprise trip with my husband. The hotel called me the day before arrival and said that if I didn’t pay in full by 6 pm that night they would cancel me. Unfortunately, I was at work at the time. I did not get the message until 8 pm. So I call the resort and tell them that at the time I booked you guys said I pay at the property. They said they don’t go by that. That corporate wants it paid in full and they said they don’t know why your company would even say that. So my whole vacation was ruined.
