First Floor
Step into the spacious first floor, designed with an open concept that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Whether you're preparing a meal, relaxing by the gas/wood fireplace, or enjoying dinner, you'll always feel connected. The main dining table comfortably seats 10, while an additional dining room table accommodates another 6 guests. A convenient half bath room and laundry room are also located on this floor.

Second Floor
The second floor is dedicated primarily to the five bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Additionally, you'll find a bonus room (labeled Bedroom 3 in Photo Tour) that doubles as the fifth bedroom, providing extra space for guests or family members.

Outdoor Space
Our outdoor space is perfect for enjoying nature and fresh air. The front yard features a large wrap-around porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The back yard includes an expansive deck equipped with a grill, outdoor eating area, and sitting area—perfect for cookouts and gatherings. Families will love the Rainbow playset for hours of fun. The property backs up directly to a nature preserve, where you can often spot deer, other wildlife, and even a bald eagle.

This beautiful roomy home was perfect for us (8 adults). It was extremely clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and fluffy towels. My brother was thrilled there was a piano and I loved the great collection of jigsaw puzzles. Logan and Sydney were great to work with; very prompt and helpful. I can’t think of a single thing to criticize about this house. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

The ambiance and drive up appearance was just the beginning. Gorgeous native wildflowers and prairie grass surrounding a beautiful, child friendly home. It was better than advertised. The playground and fire pit were perfect for the children and s'mores and the house was devoid of "breakables" making our stay all the more comfortable for the whole family. The is easily on of the top VRBO places we have ever stayed. We highly recommend it .

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing, perfect location. Very quiet and plenty of room for the kids to play outside. Plenty of room inside. Lots of little thoughtful things for guests throughout the house. We would definitely stay here again.
