The most important thing i look for at any hotel is cleanliness and mount airy is the definition of clean. i would stay there again and again. staff was welcoming. dining options are spectacular and the customer service was refreshing. i loved it!!!

Pretty grounds, good food, nice pool (better when there is no lightening in the area LOL) Would be nice if the indoor part of the pool was separated some how so that you can still go in if there is a storm. It would be nice to ease up on the drinking rules a little. But all in all, this is a great place to stay and I look forward to returning the same time next year.

The fact that people can smoke in half the casino and also stand outside everywhere makes it smoky in the lobby and other areas. We also smelled tobacco/vaping on our floor. Some people were even smoking at the outdoor pool. it you want a truly smoke free environment, this is not it. We enjoyed everything else. The staff were very helpful as well.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Housekeeping was lax on their room maintenance at first,but did manage to get back on schedule after I complained to the front desk. Food choices offer something for everyone, and overall quality and value were provided by each outlet.

Everything was incredible from the casino, to the staff, to the actual food too! My only issue was the room did not have a fridge so if I have anything I wanted to bring back(drinks, left overs, snacks) nothing would be cold. It was a suit as well so that was very surprising. Other than that everything was great

Upon arrival at the hotel. We were told we had booked one room through hotels.com despite all my email confirmation saying it was two rooms. After an extended discussion and you need to go find the reservations manager, we are finally giving the two rooms though they were not adjoining as previously requested. The hotel also claimed to be booked for the night despite it seeming empty everywhere in the common areas during our entire stay. Even the casino itself was relatively empty.

My recent stay at Mount Airy was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — definitely a strong point. I also appreciated the amenities; the pool was beautiful, the fitness center well-equipped, and the massage service was enjoyable, though unfortunately cut shorter than expected. Where the experience fell short was in the overall service. At the pool area, we waited over 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and when we finally placed a food order, it arrived more than an hour later — and cold. While Manager Alicia did refund part of the bill and mentioned she’d send champagne or strawberries to the room, that promise was never fulfilled. On the other hand, Manager Grant was very thoughtful and provided a $50 food credit, which was a much-appreciated gesture. While there were definitely some enjoyable aspects of the trip, the inconsistent customer service unfortunately impacted the overall experience.
