Not as depicted on the Hotels.com site.

The one working light in the bedroom area was an exposed bulb. Not decorative-exposed, just a bulb on a lamp rod. Both it and the bathroom lights flickered continuously. There was no on-site check in or customer service, only a number to text for a code to enter the room. Wood on the steps and upper walkway showed advanced weathering, boards on the walkway were rotted in places and soft. Shower pressure was on the weaker side. If it had not already been paid-for and no desk people to get a refund from, we would have stayed elsewhere. It is a place to sleep and shower. If that’s the goal it works just fine.

Loved Our 3 Day Stay!!!

Great location and clean comfortable room. Dog friendly with good areas for playtime and potty breaks. Peek-a-boo view of Shasta. Common area was well equipped and clean. We will definitely stay again

Usually stay in a different hotel in the area but it was sold out when I tried booking for our upcoming trip. This place turned out to be a a great substitute. Loved the spacious rooms and the bed was so comfortable. Only wish there was a deadlock in the rooms and the bedframe was breaking apart , so our room wasn’t as kid friendly. It was a great stay nonetheless!

So my room was not ready at 4pm when i arrived. But CJ was awesome, he gave us another room immediately. Also the community kitchen rocks! It has everything and is clean. The beds are very comfortable. Would stay again.

This used to an awesome place to have a beer, food and meet fellow outdoors people. But now they have closed the bar and restaurant the atmosphere has totally gone. They still advertise a bar and restaurant on Expedia. Their check-in procedure is terrible, call a number, get a text, fill out a form, then wait for a text with the room key number. Took over 25 minutes to get the text. Unbelievable. All said, after that they did issue me with a refund, which was very nice of them/

Just fine for the price. Not as close to the other hotels and restaurants in Mt Shasta but still walkable. Rooms were small - especially the bathroom. Not super clean or well maintained but not bad- ok for a one night stay. First floor room was kind of noisy. No view from our room.
