Loved our stay, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was central to Shasta/Burney and gave the feel of old world charm. The only reason to give 4 star was that it would be great if there were light filtering drapes, the blind was letting too much light in making it hard to sleep after 6am, that's how I like 'dark' but rest of the stay was lovely.

Quaint but a little too rustic for me.shower was difficult, wiring and extension cords seemed unsafe. I appreciate this is a very old hotel but I prefer something less musty. The staff was lovely and helpful.
