Great place

Great little place. Downtown Claremont fun and I actually will stay here to go skiing but that’s a secret. Don’t share that information lol beds are new and comfy.

Cleanest place you will ever get for the price. The worker/maybe owner let us in after hours. Usually these little places are dumps. They did a good job going through, updating and keeping it clean. Clean as or if not cleaner than a regular hotel

The staff was friendly enough and the check in was easy. The room had been thoroughly cleaned. However, the room was not as updated as it appeared on the website. The bathroom had water damage on the ceiling and walls and the lighting in the bathroom was not very good.the shower curtain had water stains. Loud guests late into the night. Pickup truck playing loud music in the parking lot.

Simple, clean, and thankfully available when all other surrounding area hotels were overpriced and booked during the ski weekend. A little pricey too for what you get, but it was nice and comfortably warm.
