We stayed two nights. There was only a partial toilet paper which was nearly gone by the first morning. Since we planned to be out all day, we asked for the room to be made up, towels replaced and more toilet paper. The maid on our floor said apologeticsally that we had to ask the front desk. Not done by end of day. Back down to reception to.get it ourselves. Washcloth was disintegrating.

Did like the large halls and room. The lobby look very nice. Bed seemed clean. But there was a hair in one of the beds. Desk not clean. Mostly quiet. But garbage cans at couple of the exits were overflowing, smelly, flies. Carpets in hallway stained. Had to use one of our very limited towels to clean the tile floor in bathroom area to clean up very sticky floors. Floor not washed. Staff a front desk during check in and again when asking about breakfast was very unfriendly. Not sure if it was the motel or the fact that they were working on elevator or something, but smell was really bad. Open window in room wide open to help clear smell. But also no screens. Also some questionable people one sitting on front step and another in back lot right by our open window. He kept eyeing a car he was parked next to walking around it. Left after about an hour. Breakfast was good.

The pool was closed for the season supposedly with a missing part which was not disclosed. Room was clean and comfortable. Appeared that a homeless couple helped themselves to the breakfast, one morning. Breakfast Staff was friendly and breakfast was prepared well.

Very disappointed! .Our shoes stuck to the dirty elevator floor,the carpet in front of our room door hadnt been vaccumed in a while we entered our room to find a clear garbage bag covering the smoke detector attached with a rubber band ,garbage was left on the floor outside the elevator. Website lists restraunt and bar and there wasnt one We checked out a day early and were denied a refund! I would not reccomend this Hotel. Makes a poor reputation for the Wyndam Hotels. I would add photos but this site wont let me.

The property doesn’t have the amenities that were advertised on Expedia. No restaurant, no bar or deli as advertised. The pool/hot tub and gym were at another property next door. In order to use them you needed a pass from the hotel and a copy of your driver’s license. The hotel took a copy of our drivers license for us, then told us they needed to keep our license until we came back to the hotel. We gave them back the passes and requested our license back. There is no way we were leaving our license with the staff. She could hardly handle checking us in. We didn’t receive any paperwork at check in, she didn’t tell us where to find anything, where to park, no mention of breakfast and time it is served, etc … Later when we came back from dinner we asked for the copy of our license and we were told the copies were with our paperwork. At check out the following day we asked again for the copies back and were told they were gotten rid of the day before. I made it clear that the night desk clerk said they were with our paperwork. She looked and had the copy of my husband’s license and his credit card, said she got rid of mine the previous day. No hotel should ever take a copy of a credit card or drivers license. We will never stay there again.

When I arrived someone was sitting on the steps smoking. I went in the side door which was propped open. I was a little worried about leaving my car parked outside in that area. Check in was okay. Gave me a room change to upper floor as I won’t stay in a ground floor room. Room was picked up but not really clean. Smelled off. I brought my own blankets and pillows. Left early so did not go to the breakfast. I don’t think I would stay here again. Just didn’t feel real safe as a woman by herself.
