The check in experience was difficult. They did not have a live person in the office. The entire check-in process was done via kiosk, and after a long travel day it was cumbersome and frustrating. Room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was very limited.

Great hotel for a quick stop during a long drive. It’s close to the highway and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the self-service kiosk was very helpful when the front desk was on break. Breakfast was good too. Would stay again!

We arrived late at night just for a place to rest our heads and freshen up on a road trip. When we woke up and headed to use the shower, we were very upset to find that the shower head didn’t work and only the bathtub tap was expelling water. We went to the front desk to ask for help or another place to shower quickly and the man said there is no option at all and was very rude. We had to lay IN the bathtub and try and wash ourselves under the tub tap. This was incredibly uncomfortable and time consuming. Once out of the “shower”, I was again extremely upset to find the hair dryer didn’t work either! I asked for help again and was told “I’m sorry ma’am there’s nothing I can do.” I had to leave with wet hair & walk outside to -15° Celsius weather which was horrible. I asked for some kind of reimbursement or discount and was told I was not getting one. Very unhappy with this experience and would never return to this hotel.

I had a great stay! The bed was comfortable, and the elevator was really helpful for me. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the location, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the virtual box feature, which was very useful. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Great location near the highway. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful 24/7. I loved the futuristic kiosk, which ensured security when my brother visited at midnight, it didn’t dispense a key for safety. Truly one of the safest and most well-maintained places I’ve stayed. Perfect stay. Thank you.
