From the prompt responses to aupplies provided to the gym in the garage to the hot tub, comfy beds, beautifully designed home for family to enjoy each We feel so lucky we found this place for our growing crew of 11, the neighbors even told us how wonderful the owners are! Perfect snow basin family home base

This was the perfect home base for our family trip to ski at Snow Basin. The brand new home is part of a growing community development (of other new homes) in Mountain Green. There's a gas station and coffee shop right there. But even better, there's a brand new, full service grocery store, Lee's, right across the street (opened late 2024). Everything in the house is brand spanking new (as of Feb 2025). Everything was super easy to find and labeled and the pre-arrival info sheet had great restaurant recommendations and hot tub instructions. Four of the bedrooms are upstairs, which was great for our family. I will note the house carries sound easily, so once our littlest was up, the entire family was up; so light sleepers should prepare. Boot dryer and ski racks in the garage were a great touch. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this great spot.
