Step inside and experience open-concept mountain living at its finest. The main level features a bright and inviting living room with wood flooring, recessed lighting, and large windows showcasing stunning mountain and neighborhood views. After a day on the slopes, gather by the gas fireplace or unwind on the sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the 65-inch TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for après-ski meals and entertaining, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a spacious island with seating for four. The large dining table seats eight and overlooks the fenced backyard, offering a cozy space to reconnect over dinner. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with spices, cookware, bakeware, and kid-friendly dishes, making it as functional as it is beautiful.

After an exhilarating day on the mountain, step out to the covered and enclosed back deck. A six-person hot tub with mosquito netting, privacy screen, and ambient lighting awaits, providing the perfect spot to soak tired muscles beneath the crisp mountain air. The outdoor area also includes a propane fire pit, Adirondack chairs, ceiling fans, and a gas grill with a side burner—ideal for year-round relaxation.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort and restful sleep. The primary suite features a king bed with a 12-inch memory foam mattress topped with a plush pillow-top pad, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with quartz countertops, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower lined with green subway tile. The second bedroom also includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, 55-inch TV, blackout curtains, and premium bedding. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature king beds, blackout curtains, and share a full bathroom with a sink, vanity, and shower/tub combination. Every bedroom includes a ceiling fan, luggage rack, and thick memory foam mattress for the perfect night’s rest.

The office is equipped with dual monitors, a docking station, mouse, and keyboard, along with high-speed 1 Gbps fiber internet — perfect for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

The home includes a large-capacity washer and dryer, along with a deep basin sink and cabinets (sink and cabinets are coming soon) for rinsing gear or washing off muddy paws. The epoxy-coated two-car garage provides plenty of space for vehicles, a tandem storage area for a small car, and convenient ski and snowboard hooks with shelving for boots and helmets. There is also a 48-amp EV charger (J1772)—bring your Tesla adapter if needed. The fully fenced backyard allows dogs to run off-leash safely, and new sod is being installed this month to complete the outdoor space.
