The Peabody Flat is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Mountain View for the unique downtown experience. You’ll be amazed at all this little town has to offer. You are a short stroll away, from shopping, dining and music on courthouse square.
The master bedroom is a king size bed with a twin bed. The common area is open floor plan with a nook in the back of room with a privacy curtain for the queen bed sleeping area. Another twin bed is located in the common area to accommodate another guest. Included in kitchen is a full size stovetop and oven, and household size refrigerator allowing you to cook meals at the Flat. Basic cookware, utensils and dishes provided, along with coffeemaker, and microwave. This property is not wheelchair accessible and has one small bathroom.

Excellent location

Property was a very short walk to courthouse and Pickin park. Beds were very comfortable and we had all kitchen supplies we needed. A really sweet touch was when the owner brought us a pecan pie made from her pecan tree. I highly recommended this place for anyone wanting to visit the area, especially if you do not want to have to drive to shops or Pickin park for the music.

Perfect location on the square

We stayed for the Folk Festival, and it was perfect to walk around and enjoy the square without ever having to drive! Very comfortable inside and impressed with the great use of the space that could sleep several people. The host was fantastic and had great communication. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Mountain View!

Peabody Flat-excellent

We had a great stay. We loved the flat! It was excellent for the four of us and would have been even better if my other two children would have been there!! It is just a hop, skip and jump from the square and can actually hear the band while standing outside of the flat! We will definitely be coming back to see Ms Pat again!!

Awesome Peabody Flat

I cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. Everything was as listed and exceeded my expectations. The furniture is beautiful and decorated beautifully. I met the host Pat Cash and her daughter Pam. There were both friendly and personable. I hate to rate this place so highly because I don’t want it to be booked up when I want to return! LOL. GREAT PLACE!

Folk Fest Stay

Loved staying here! My son had a blast. Easy access all across. Had an issue with random people parking their cars and blocking the driveway on Saturday but we managed. Maybe an extra roll of toilet paper...mostly women stayed here and we potty alot. other than that No complaints. Will be staying again!

Quaint flat in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Aunt Minnie’s Peabody flat! It had everything we needed for our family including 2 young children. The flat was comfortable and only a very short walk to Main Street. Communication was great and Pat even brought us a delicious homemade pecan pie with pecans from her own pecan tree. The epitome of southern hospitality!
