This single-storey holiday home is located in the village of Mouriès, in the heart of the Alpilles, ideally situated between the Lubéron, Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Roussillon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Camargue, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Aigues-Mortes with its salt marshes, Arles, the Alpilles with Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Avignon, Eygalières, Martigues, the Côte Bleue, Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset-les-Pins and La Couronne. The property features two private terraces, one facing north and one south, each furnished with outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. The house is semi-detached with another holiday rental.
Inside, you’ll find a living area with a convertible sofa bed (140x190 cm), coffee table, flat-screen HD TV, hi-fi system, and a dining area for 3. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, double-door fridge-freezer, combination microwave, hand mixer, blender, filter and pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and oven. Reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided.
The bedroom offers a 160x200 cm bed, wardrobe/dressing area, flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning, quality bedding, and access to a 5 m² private terrace with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (90x170 cm), sink, and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Shaded parking is available in front of the house. Access is via the main 20 m² terrace.
