Gite on the ground floor, with access by an outside staircase from the car park including a living room-kitchen lounge area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) opening onto the terrace in gravel (access by 2 steps), a bathroom (bath), separate WC (washbasin). Parking in the property for 1 car. In a fenced property nestles this wooden house whose decoration and materials give a Scandinavian and exotic atmosphere. The large gravel terrace, which is accessed through the bedroom, enjoys a beautiful unobstructed view of the suburban landscape and the mountain. Bicycles can be stored in a carport in the courtyard of the property. 2 bus lines serve the city center of Aix les Bains and the beach of Lac du Bourget.
