Generally a nice stay. Staff very professional and helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Kitchen excellent and equipped with whatever you may need when it comes to cooking. Fast wifi. Air-con was working well too. Only downfall is a noise from the street all day and even late at night. However the sliding door to the balcony and windows muted it very well.

Excellent Hotel!

Great stay in a great hotel! New, clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and sun beds. Very clean overall, great shower, kitchenette with full fridge! Huge balcony in our room 704. Lots of english channels on TV. Nearby bus stop. Restaurant's and cafes nearby. A few groceries stores. My only complaint was the mattress was a thin type with no box spring. They do take a fund hold on CC. Desk staff friendly.

A great stay at Park Heights. It had everything we wanted. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Apartment was well equipped and well maintained. Clean bedding and towels as required. Close to Valetta. Less than 10 minutes by bus for 2.50€

Comfortable establishment with friendly staff.

I had meetings at the university so this location was perfect. FYI there is a mini shopping mall on the campus witha few food options and a supermarket, ATMs etc. I often stay in a sister hotel in Belfast so already knew that the quality should be good. The staff from reception (particular shout out to Binod, Sabrina & Zara) was welcoming and professional but indeed all the staff were friendly & professional from the other recoption staff to the cleaning crew to the staff in the bar/restaurant upstairs. Nice views from the roof bar/pool area. My studio was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. I felt right at home immediately. I will be back. As mentioned location is near university but there are bus stops outside hotel (I didn't use) and Bolt is very handy. I did often walk into Sliema about 20-25 easy downhill walk..then took ferry over to Valletta and back with Bolt (from the fountain) if too lazy to walk :-)

Daughter and stayed at Park Heights for 4 nights, we had a wonderful stay! A day before our arrival, I was contacted by the staff to guide me with the self check in, as we were arriving late. The communication was clear and everything went smoothly. The studio with kitchen was just perfect, super functional and clean. The design choices are modern with clean lines. The bed was huge and very comfortable! The kitchenette had everything we needed and nice Nespresso machine! Just in the corner from the hotel there are 3 bus stops, which made our trips to Valletta super easy! I totally recommend Park Heights, will surely return!

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I loved the room. It had a nice floor plan, was clean, well maintained and modern. There's plenty of lighting including a good reading light on each side of the bed. I enjoyed the espresso machine, but wish there was creamer available. It would also be nice if there was a place in the bathroom or by the mirror to plug in he hair dryer or a curling iron. There's also a slight tilt in the shower floor so water will drain which made me a bit nervous I'd loose my footing or slip.

This is an absolute gem. I came to Malta to work in the mornings and explore in the afternoons. The studio apartment is well equipped and proved to be an excellent base. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are some good bars hidden away nearby. It is a short walk to the tourist areas. Cabs are cheap and easy to get. I stayed for an extra week. In fact, I am still here and considering spending the rest of the winter here!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all so friendly and professional when you arrive and throughout your stay. The room was lovey, clean and a good size. There is soundproofing but you can hear small bits of traffic (e.g emergency services) as it is on a main road but this didn’t bother me at and all I slept very well still. The area it is located isn't the nicest in Malta but I always felt safe being a solo female traveller even at night in the neighbourhood. This location is very easy to get transport from here as bus stops are just outside the door which is great. The bed was the most comfy bed I’ve ever stayed in to date so I slept the best I have in a while! I stayed over Christmas so only drawback is the gym wasn’t open and I didn’t receive any information relating to the gym in welcome letters or text so was quite l confusing. I will definitely be back here when I return to Malta again.
