I know having been a motel manager myself in the past my standards are quite high. No need to worry here. It was spotless and I could tell everyone involved actually cares. The new walking paths behind the property are excellent. They take you to a fenced in dog park in under 20 min. Extra plus is the pet friendly. One thing I missed in the conditions is that pets are an additional $10 per day and a $10 cleaning fee. So that has to be added on to the total, that's all.

Our one night stay was very comfortable in the family room. Very spacious, clean and warm. The shower was particularly lovely - hot and great water pressure!

It was a good comfortable room with good amenities. Only problem was that not all the TV channels worked properly some only had sound and no picture?

Compact room but well laid out. Very pleasant host and like the fresh milk. Enjoyed pool and garden, plus sheep in the next paddock.

Location suited our needs, rooms were large and roomy. Breakfast was on time and it lead to a easy early morning departure.
