Der Club ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , die Lüftung im Speisesaal dürfte verbessert werden, durch die coocking Station riecht der ganze Saal nach essen. Man sollte den Club auch nicht so überheizen , ein paar grad weniger würden der Umwelt sicherlich nicht schaden. Ansonsten trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Leider hat die Kinderbetreuung Sonntags zu und ich fand es Schade, dass der Preis dementsprechend für den Tag nicht reduziert wurde. Ansonsten war die Lage super schön, das Essen sehr lecker, manchmal versalzen. Es war aber sehr laut abends, man hat die Musik zu stark im Zimmer gehört. Die Balkonen haben keine Trennwände gehabt so, dass man das Gefühl hatte als ob man mit dem Nachbarn zusammen sitzt, deshalb haben wir am Balkon leider nie gesessen was natürlich sehr Schade war. Das ganze Personal war super freundlich und bemüht, außer der Rezeption, die haben oft genervt gewirkt und waren gar nicht herzlich und Hilfsbereit. Unsere Tochter hat am Sonntag Nachmittag 40 Grad Fieber gehabt, da wurde uns kalt auf die Apotheke die erst am nächsten Tag offen hat verwiesen. Es tut mir leid, aber 40 Grad Fieber kann nicht einfach so auf dem nächsten Tag verschoben werden. Wir müssten alleine schauen wo wir Hilfe finden. So was kaltes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Und das vor allem in einem Familien Hotel. Also, das Hotel werden wir nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht unseren Freunden empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit doch leider hatten wir unser Zimmer Richtung Haupteingang bei dem sich auch der Raucherplatz befindet und uns der Geruch sehr störte. Leider im Saunabereich zu wenig Liegen und zu wenig geräumig.

Das Essen war super lecker, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr sehr laut, durch den hohen Vorraum und die Bühne die man im ganzen Hotel hören kann. Auch die Teppiche im Zimmer sind negativ. Der TV ist sehr klein.Das Hotel ist in den 80ger jahren stehengeblieben. So auch die Shows. Personal ist Super auch die Gites. Skiraum sollte vor die Bushaltestelle. Die Busverbindung ist Super. Die Pisten sind breit und super zu fahren. Nur der Apreski im Tal fehlt.
