I didn’t like the fact that I booked a 5 berth cabin advertised as 1 double bed and 3 twin beds not bunk beds. The staff tried to convince us it was the same thing. Not so as rooms were actually advertised with bunk beds. My friend and I are in our 70’s and there was absolutely no attempt at a better outcome or even negotiation after I had made numerous phone calls before hand to change our accommodation and made a request on arrival. It was a very disappointing experience.

We had a villa that looked out on to the lake, it was so relaxing. There were ducks and swans just swimming and walking around it just gorgeous
