The Sinatra is a full-time holiday rental in the heart of Mulwala, perfect for family gatherings, golfing getaways, and girls' weekends away.

The Space:
The Sinatra was once described by a guest as "Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria".
Like Frank Sinatra - this house is a great entertainer. The spaces are designed for indoor outdoor interaction - for relaxing and or socialising, the choice is yours. The beautiful pool takes centre stage, the decor is very on-trend and the beds are super comfortable.
In the Winter, enjoy the huge open fire place, hydronic floor heating, and beautiful winter sun streaming in the north facing windows. There is also an awesome Webber BBQ, outdoor oven and a Pizza oven in the pool cabana.
In Summer, enjoy the beautiful mineral salt swimming pool, large alfresco, evaporative air conditioning with ceiling fans. The pool is heated to 29 degrees (on cool evenings we will put the solar blanket on for you!)
Guests have access to a double garage and plenty of parking on site.
This is a pet friendly house: One off pet fee of 110 applies, the pet can sleep inside in the laundry, conditions apply, so please ask us about this.
Bedding configurations:
The standard is 10 guests and prices advertised are base prices for 10 guests.
Up to 12 guests can be hosted, using the teenagers retreat, extra charges apply.

For guests coming through via 3rd party websites, we will not get your phone number until after the confirmed booking, but we are happy to answer any questions via email.

This property requires a 1000 security deposit to be paid 14 days before checkin.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay.
Check-in instructions, property address details, and access information will be emailed 24 hours prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
A great location in residential Mulwala, 2 streets back from the main street and Lake Mulwala. You can easily walk into Mulwala to the bakery, butchers, wine bar, clubs, pubs, supermarket, pizza parlour, chinese restaurant and Tun-za-fun (to name a few).
Alternatively, if you want to stretch your legs, Yarrawonga is only 3km away with a great foot path spanning across our iconic Yarrawonga Mulwala Bridge.
Getting Around:
Yarrawonga, Mulwala and the surrounding region are easy to explore, with a local taxi service available for convenient transport. Many local clubs and selected hotels also provide complimentary courtesy bus services, making it easy for guests to enjoy dining, entertainment, golf, and social events without the need to drive. Whether you're heading to a restaurant, winery, golf course, or one of the area's popular clubs, transport options are readily available throughout your stay.

Strict noise restrictions apply. There is zero tolerance to disrespectful behaviour and noise.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.
Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.
Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.
If a refund is requested, then a $150 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.
Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.
Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.
