What a mess!
From the point of check in the hotel service was riddled with issues. Multiple credit card machine didn’t work when I got to the hotel so they offered that I could pay at the end if my stay including paying for room service at the end.
However when I received my room service food the in room dining team insisted I pay on the spot and then suggested that I call down stairs to gain approval. When I called reception they didn’t know anything about the check in issues. Next the in room dining manager started calling me while I was eating and insisted that I should sort this out with reception. Why he couldn’t communicate with reception or a manager, I don’t know! Next when I tried to book a car the team dispatching the cars couldn’t answer basic questions such as ‘do I need to book the taxi or are they available’. Instead they pit the phone down on me. Finally there are random people trying to WhatsApp me from the hotel since I’ve left. Some big service issues that are not acceptable given the high price tag of the hotel.
