A perfect choice for a business trip in Mumbai.

The Aurika is in a convenient location, the building is new and immaculately clean. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Good Stay

Overall a very good hotel and we had a nice stay. Good things are the hotel is new therefore the decor and facilities are great. Nice modern gym, outdoor pool (only) and spa / hairdresser services. No independent steam room they are housed in the spa rooms. Good comfortable beds and powerful shower. Clean rooms and all staff very nice. Great selection of food for breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. It’s a busy hotel so waiting to be seen at reception can take a while. No currency exchange facility onsite, the corridors outside room can be noisy and echoey when people speak or workmen working, can hear water pipes within from other rooms, and can hear dragging of furniture from above rooms because the floors are tiled. The hotel overall is quiet, location wise is great for airport but far from tourist hotspots like CST and Gateway of India. An Uber will take 45mins to an hour. Not much to do in surrounding area outside.

The property is very clean and all the amenities are excellent. The room condition was great except for one serious problem - we had requested a smoke free room and had been assured that we would get a smoke free room multiple times. But the room that we received had clearly been smoked in. There was an absolutely clear and very strong smell of cigarettes. Additionally, the time taken to check in was too long. We had arrived at the hotel after a 20 hour flight from the US, and it took them over an hour to check us in, during which time we were just standing around in the lobby while the front desk staff took their own sweet time. There were just 2 people ahead of us in line, and there were 4 staff members at the front desk…so Ive got no clue why it took them 1 hour to just check us in. Compared to that, our immigration at the airport only took about 15 minutes.

The best part of our stay was the very friendly and dedicated staff. Naincy, the guess relation coordinator, made sure we get proper services and transportation. The team Ganesh, Ram, and Gurpteet always ready to help and made sure our journey is smooth. Ganesh and miss Nishi was very pleasant went out of his way to help us with our journey. Overall we had very had great time and back to Mumbai same hotel on our way back to US.
