The plastic wrapper was still on the bed mattress. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. Service was good though! But you can’t advertise rooms as “luxury” with issues such as the above….

Highly unpleasant stay.

The hotel was being refurbished. The facilities listed were not available. The premises were noisy with lots of hammering and drilling. The place was smelly. At times hotel staff late during the night were disturbingly loud in talking. I felt cheated and won’t be returning.

The breakfast was limited, the lifts were rickety, small and sometimes the buttons don't work. The rooms were ok, bath n toilet tiny. Location was a positive with quick access to sv road and linking road.

Spare yourself the stress and waste of money -- if you are going to book in this cost bracket, find somewhere more reputable. If you're a visitor, pay the extra few dollars for a nicer place with better service. I certainly wish I had read the reviews and found the ones with disgusting reviews sooner. It's unfortunate that Expedia won't let me add photos of the dilapidated building with dirty bed, bathrooms, hair oil and other wet sticky substances on the wall, and gutted lobby.
