About this place
Our refuge is set in a leafy enclave of Aram nagar in a refurbished bungalow. Its far away from the relentless energy of Mumbai traffic and noise. We call it shanti.

The entire space is built from recycled materials. the wooden furnitures are all upcycled. Our philosophy is not to Create demand for wood and save a tree .

We have wifi, kitchen, enclosed washroom and playful pets.
Laundry service & home cooked food available on request (chargeable separately). Contact deepak for the same.
The space
Cottage 101 is cowork and a yoga space.. it's a small bungalow nestled in versova andheri. The entire place is built from recycled materials . Our cottage is earthy and serene.

Wake up to a blissful chirping sound of birds, and if you feel like stretching, then we have yoga classes ... you are welcome to join us ...

Your room is a private room, with a cozy backyard. The Washroom and small walk-in pantry are attached to your room . No one but only you have access to this room. The rest of the bungalow has a yoga floor and home boutique and coworkers tables and chairs.

Flora and fauna and the four-legged babies are part of our existence .. please keep the doors shut if you don't want their loving company.

And do carry a noise cancelation earbuds .. cos our walls are thin and most times sound travels in the night which can disturb our guests.

just an our drive away is this quaint town of versova full of Mumbai local fishermen society and the villages. a treat to watch the local culture and the beach and shore side.

Mumbai is made up of seven islands. The Kolis (fishermen) were the first inhabitants to live on these islands. These fishing folks, well-known for their spirited and fun-loving way of life, live in small settlements dotted along Mumbai’s coastline. ‘Versova Village’ is one such settlement and unique in its own right from several of the other Koli communities of Mumbai.

Take a ride with our local fishermen in a fishing boat called Kashti. we can arrange these special boat rides .. provided the ocean is in the right mood. it's truly blissful and worth an experience.

evenings you can spend your time at my favorite local bar called WTF ... place where u are home away from home ... friendly place with great vibes, yummy food, and drinks easy on the pockets ..
