FLOORS:
Villa Melissa spreads across two levels with five bedrooms. If more rooms are needed, guests can book 5 rooms in Villa Ambra and 5 rooms in Villa Mary.
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, semi-open indoor living area with surround sound system, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed and airconditioned dining area, three bedrooms, swimming pool and garden.
- Second Floor: Two ensuite bedrooms.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 10 persons.
- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.

LIVING AREAS:
- Indoor open-plan living area with surround sound system.
- Outdoor lounge area poolside with lots of seating area.
- Bale lounge and outdoor dining area with beach and ocean views.
- Beachfront bale can be a haven for private massage.

ENTERTAINMENT:

- The villa has an air-conditioned indoor dining area with rectangle dining table that can seat 12 persons and an outdoor dining area for 8 guests.

- Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

- Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 5 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube).

PARKING:
Sufficient parking space available for two cars.

FOR FAMILIES:
- Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available (additional units can be rented out with extra charge).

Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027 and 26 Mar 2028.
