Location is excellent. It’s only 5 minutes away to the train station and so close to Marienplatz. Staff are very helpful and polite. The room that I was given was very spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. However, the walls are not soundproofed. I couldn’t sleep with other people in the other room being so loud and smoking. I can smell it coming in through the vent.

Hotel Condor location is great — it’s close to the old town and the central station. However, the room had no kettle or tea and coffee facilities. I couldn’t sleep for two nights because there were early morning shifts and renovation works during the weekend, and the housekeeping staff were also very noisy.. At check-out, no one asked how my stay was or if everything was okay. I’m disappointed.

Staff was amazing - big shout out to Tony for his help . Hotel needs upgrading smells of smoke from cigarettes in corridor and old carpet . Rooms were clean and very comfortable.areas around had homeless digging for trash and a bit unsafe . But hotel staff was very very helpful and big asset to this hotel

Ótima localização, próxima à estação central. Ao lado está tendo uma obra, que dificultou muito passar com a mala, acho importante o hotel conversar com a propriedade e garantir uma passagem do pedestre com mala em segurança, sem precisar ir para o meio da rua. Bom chuveiro, quarto tem frigobar, boa qualidade do sono, quartos silenciosos. Elevador funcionando. Bom aquecimento central, muito confortável. Única questão que ficou um pouco a desejar foi que, ao chegar, conversei sobre o problema da minha mala, que havia perdido duas rodinhas, e os funcionários disseram que conseguiriam uma nova roda, ao menos, para me ajudar. Perguntei no dia seguinte, ciente que seria um favor e uma possibilidade, nenhuma obrigação, mas já senti menos acolhida e interesse em auxiliar ou informar onde poderia procurar o serviço. De toda maneira, recomendo.

Dirty stale rooms, pretty sure they have mold in the bathroom as I got very sick towards the end of my 2 day visit there. Hideous breakfast, not subpar at all. Honestly this was our first time in Munich and this stay left us a very bad impression of our visit. There are no kettles in the room or even a coffee maker which is standard in hotel rooms. Please don’t call yourself a 3 star property, literally 1star or similar to a motel. We were very disappointed. To leave on a positive note, staff is friendly and helpful but otherwise the entire hotel is dingy, old and disappointing. Do not recommend at all.

Very close to München HBF Station so easy to get around with S-Bahn. Short walk to Marienplatz and other big landmark areas. Clean room and kind staff. Bathroom is a bit crammed and the bed is way too soft for me but for many that might be what they like.
