I really liked my stay at this hotel for a morning flight out of Munich. You can’t beat the location, very easy to reach with the S Bahn. Mattress was comfortable, bedding was nice and crisp. Couldn’t be more happy. Nice little restaurant and bar too.

The room is small and lacks furniture, typical of a newly opened hotel. It doesn’t meet our expectations given the price we paid; it’s not a 3-star hotel at all. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing we appreciate is the bus station nearby, which is a public bus station, not a hotel shuttle. It’s about ten-minute drive from the airport.

The air conditioning was not working. The staff is unaware and made me try several different rooms which were all still very warm. Even the lobby area was uncomfortably warm. I ended up checking out and going to the Novotel nearby. I requested a refund from Expedia and the hotel denied it. Would definitely not recommend.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. This is a brand new hotel and I was looking forward to the stay - but there is an entire section of the hotel where the aircon does not work. No one at the reception is ready to help, they have no fans, no backup, and don’t even have keys to the window. The room was so stuffy that in the middle of the night we had the change hotels. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had - avoid at all costs. Edit: they also said they have no rooms left to move us, but on their website and on other platforms I can see 7 rooms available. The guy at the receptions was completely lying and totally incompetent in my humble opinion. Absolutely ridiculous. Only positive was that the manager was actually helpful and after 1 hour arguing in the middle of the night found the keys to the window. Absolutely terrible experience..!!

Schönes, neues Hotel mit schicken, funktionalen Zimmern. Leider ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, aif kältester Stufe nach Stunden immer noch über 23 Grad. Zum Schlafen leider sehr unangenehm, so dass ich das Hotel trotz perfekter Anbindung zum Flughafen so schnell nicht wieder buchen werde. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, ich habe einmal das Zimmer gewechselt. Leider scheint das mit der Klimaanlage ein generelles Problem zu sein. Da es das Hotel noch nicht so lange gibt, hoffe ich, dass dieser Fehler noch behoben wird.

Das Haus ist brandneu, hatte zu. Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthalts erst seit 17 Tagen geöffnet. Zustand dementsprechend, nette bar und alles sauber. Kein besonderer schnickschnack, es ist ein Ibis, gut sowas am Flughafen zu haben.

部屋が綺麗で清潔感があります。床はカーペット、トイレとシャワーの部屋が分かれていますのもいいポイントです。フロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフとも笑顔で親切です。朝食はベーコン、ゆで卵、サラダ、シリアル、ヨーグルト、パンの他に、パンケーキとフレンチトーストがあります。

Alldeles nyöppnat hotell med allt vad det innebär. Rum och övriga faciliteter var naturligtvis i fantastiskt skick. Av det naturliga skälet blir också all personal nyanställd och huvuddelen av dessa verkar haft obefintlig till begränsad erfarenhet av yrket sedan tidigare. Vilket i sin tur medförde kaotisk incheckning samt måltids och barservering. Men de gjorde sitt bästa och ambitionen hos personalen var beundransvärd. De kommer att kom till rätta med sina inkörningsproblem, men jag skulle ge det ett halvår.
