We had the family room with washer/dryer. Apartment was very well situated. Right next to the train main train station and other public transport. Car rental and grocery also near by. We had plenty of kitchen ware, soap for de washing machine and dish washer. Toilet cabinet and shower room were separated, perfect for privacy. Both totally closed off with a wall for the bedroom.

Brand new rooms, everything was new . Very clean rooms . It was spacious and close to the city center. The train is literally down the street and basically you can go anywhere with out driving . Very very good place !!

Hotel is very modern, clean an comfortable. The public “flat” area is a nice feature where you can grab a nice cup of coffee and get some space outside the room. Only negative is that the room’s bathroom area is encased with a see-through glass door so if you are using shower, toilet or just brushing teeth —you are in unobstructed view of the bed area. We did a workaround by draping a sheet over the glass door for privacy but this was an unpleasant surprise. I hope they can put some privacy film in the doors in the future

Stay Koook was a dependable and comfortable find. The room itself was large enough to have a luggage in with the bed conveniently sliding side-to-side for easy access to closet. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the street below that could not be heard when the large windows were closed. This also gave us extremely easy access to the public transportation. The public area had plenty of creature comforts and even included a place you could cook and grab coffee or tea. A few important factors to point out that would be helpful when choosing a hotel. 1. The whole bathroom is glass, the shower door as well as the door to the bathroom. There is a curtain that pulls in front on the bed area but does not directly cover the bathroom. There is no fan or window or way to prop open door to bathroom which led to or towels staying damp and the air staying stale in there. If someone were to open your room door while you are in the shower they would be able to see directly into the shower area. We did have someone open our door for service before I could get to the door- which would have been awkward if occupying the bathroom 2. There is no TV. Didn’t matter to us but helpful to know. 3. In FAQ it says the room gets serviced every three days, the only thing done in our room was trash removal. Unfortunately no paper products replenished or clean towels. When i messaged for more from the front desk there must have been a communication breakdown because we never did receive them.

Stay KooooK Munich is an exceptional place to stay when visiting the city. Property is very clean (new) and is located close to City Centre and the Munich Central Station (München Hauptbahnhof). Next time we visit Munich we plan to stay at Stay KooooK.

We absolutely loved this place! It was so clean and it was such an easy check in process. The rooms were perfect and bathroom and shower were great. We would for sure stay here again!
