The breakfast was great with the variety of food. The location was not bad with McDonalds and gas station across street. The train station, however, is about 8-10 mins in the dark after sunset. I know it is pretty save out there but still I always walk with cautious when I have to walk by myself.

Clean and quiet room. Basic facilities. Nice shower room. Air conditioning comfortable. Kettle and ironing board supplied on request. Staff very polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. Special mention of Tanya at the reception and Salome at the bar for great service Only breakfast served. Good variety of hot and cold food served. Easy walk to Studentenstadt metro station. Frequent trains to Munich city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I am a hugely loyal client with IHG and have had the pleasure of staying in them all over the world. This place definitely earns the “funky” description many have given. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect for me as I needed to be near Motorworld. However it is a little further if you are looking to be closer to town and entertainment. The main thing that made the stay special was how great all the team were who worked here. They helped with everything I needed from bag storage and also assisted with late check out. Thanks for that. They are all so genuine and kind that I felt a great deal of hospitality in the stay. This is usually indicative of a good working culture. Thanks for this great service Great parking that is underground and secure. Some of you may be here to tent a super car which I was here and I had concerns about where to park an expensive vehicle. Their underground parking is perfect for this and will be therefore returning next year for my next car rental and trip around Germany. See ya next year!

The hotel was fine, and walking distance to the subway, which is very convenient. The room was very small, and we booked with breakfast included, but they didn't see it in their system and didn't honor the booking.

The property is clean and staff friendly and professional. It is not close to the English Gardens or downtown Munich. However the train station is a 5 minute walk and everything is 20 minutes away on that. The hotel room is small, but modern and clean. I didn’t care for the disco ball on the ceiling, but you can turn that off or keep it on if you like it.
