The villa is distributed in two floors, ground floor dining room with exit to the terrace, very large kitchen and well equipped with exit to the barbecue area, porch and pool, one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.
On the first floor two bedrooms, one with double bed and another for children with bunkbeds, bathroom and terrace.
Equipped air-conditioning , internet Wifi, SAT TV.
The distance from the Port of Alcudia (Puerto Alcudia) is only 2 km and the city of Palma is 45 km away.
It is also the perfect location for nature lovers, as the Nature Park of 'S'Albufera' in the near. S'Albufera Nature Park is on 1708 hect. of land and has true beauty value. This area ? Sa Comuna de Muro? forms part of the Nature park and it connects directly to the beach itself, making this whole area a true virgin paradise!
