Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Sweep any excessively dirty floors or pet fur. Take or dispose of unused food from the refrigerator.
Put dirty towels in the washing machine.
Empty and bag all trash and place it in the extr trash bin. Excessive trash, overfilling, or any unbagged trash will incur a $50 fee. Guests are welcome to take trash to the local dump to avoid fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Fee of $250 per occurrence if vehicles use road without AWD/4x4. Road does have cameras.
