SPECIAL SPRING RATES One Ocean Place 603, breathtaking views, newly renovated!

This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the 6th floor of One Ocean Place. One Ocean Place is Garden City's Premier Luxury ondominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. As an extra amenity this year we are providing two beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach for our guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A Beach Services attendee (near lifeguard chair) will set them up each morning in front of the building with unit #603 on them. Should you have a problem finding them the attendee can assist you.

This completely renovated unit offers magnificent views of the beach throughout. The living room is equipped witha wet bar, 60' flat screen Samsung super high definition TV with Samsung sound bar and free in unit WIFI. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a 50'' flat screen TV and a new king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a huge walk-in shower with rain head and walk-in closet with a safe for your valuables. The 2nd bedroom with adjoining custom bath has 2 double beds and 32' flat screen TV. Kitchen and baths have been renovated with new shaker cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped including stainless stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and there is a in house washer/dryer.

Included are two ocean front pools and hot tubs on a raised deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, twenty four hour security and covered parking.
Garden City is just 10 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and easily accessible to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions including golf, shopping, dining, amusement parks and shows.

PERFECT Location with amazing oceanfront views!

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The panoramic view of the beach is spectacular. The beach in front of the property & both pools were not overly crowded. The condo is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking & we appreciated having a Keurig, just like at home. The provided beach chairs & umbrella were fabulous. We hope to return in the near future!

Everything was great. Place was very clean. My only reason for a 4 star is parking. If you have a small car or small SUV you will be great. My full size truck was very tight to park. At some points I have to do a 15 point turn to get out. Kind of stressful. Everything else was great

Enjoyed two weeks in this lovely condo. Lovely views of the beach from balcony with convenient access to beach. Carol was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Ours was two bedroom but planning to return possibly to three bedroom. Highly recommend this complex for ease of check-in and parking.

We really enjoyed the sights and sounds of the beach. We saw dolphins, a few whales and many commercial fishing boats. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable there. Best of all, were all the beautiful sunrises!

Relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, Maureen was wonderful and very helpful. We loved the sound of the waves at night, it was so nice to step away from the daily grind and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. We were fortunate the weather was cooperative and it only kept us off the beach once. The condo was clean and enjoyable, I would highly recommend it. The only drawback we encountered was the low overhead in the parking area which did not accommodate the storage box on the roof of our vehicle. That said, we never had an issue finding a spot to park in the outside spaces.
